What they need from employers, and people in general, is credit, loyalty and appreciation.
Precise personalities are meticulous in everything they do. They rarely speak without thinking beforehand. They enjoy the structure in things and thrive with anything related to organisation. These employees tend to be perfectionists and want all of their projects to be procedurally strong and neat.
According to Lerner, these personality types need space, quiet and sensitivity.
